Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Use daily checklists to ensure tasks are completed and standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Fully handle the cleanliness for level 1 and 3 including sweeping and mopping.
• Cleaning lobby glass doors & windows (twice per month).
• Ensure the cleanliness of Loading Bay by sweeping whenever necessary.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners (twice per day).
• Maintain toilet cleanliness on all levels including refilling supplies.
• Wipe toilet mirror, hand soap dispenser, hand dryer and vanity top.
• Reporting maintenance issues like leaks or broken fixtures to supervisors.
