About the Role

The Facility Executive will be assisting the Facility Team to manage and maintain the facility Honors our commercial buildings. He will assist in renewal ofnou licences, permits and source for quotations for the necessary works.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Manager in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities.
  2. Assist the Manager in handling correspondence with tenants and all stakeholders in the day‑to‑day facilities management matters.
  3. Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad‑hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
  4. Source for vendors/sub‑contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair works.
  5. Supervise in‑house operational staff such as Supervisor, Technician, Cleaner and Security Officer to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  6. Conduct safety‑training programs such as safety toolbox meetings and briefing to supervisors, security, cleaners and technicians.
  7. ūros safety hazards in operation areas and proactively eliminate any risks.
  8. Integrate safety in daily work activities and ensure supervisors, security, cleaners and technicians perform their works in a safe manner.
  9. Service contract administration.
  10. Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.
Requirements
  1. Diploma / Degree in building management, facility management or related field.
  2. 1 – 2 years of relevant facility maintenance experience.
  3. Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  4. Good team player.
  5. Independent and task‑oriented.
