Job description

Facilities Management

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all clinic facilities and equipment.

• Coordinate service providers, track work orders, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• Maintain compliance with workplace safety, fire, and health regulations.

Project & Renovation Support

• Manage renovation, expansion, and A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects across multiple locations.

• Source quotations, obtain approvals, and coordinate contractors to ensure project quality and timelines.

• Monitor project budgets and maintain documentation for all initiatives.

Operational Coordination

• Support HQ and clinic operations, including inventory, supplies, and general office facilities.

• Handle ad-hoc operational or facilities requests as needed.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational and project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Class 3 driving license

• May be required to perform maintenance or oversee repairs outside regular hours, including evenings or nights, for renovations or urgent facility needs.
