Qualifications

• Liaise with Operations & Facility Management for vendor management.
• Supervise works of vendors and contractors under health and safety regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and repairs.

Job description

• Plan and control all activities pertaining to the effective building maintenance and management.
• Plan deployments and preventive maintenance schedules for all building facilities.

• Liaise with Operations & Facility Management(OFM) for effective and efficiency management of all external vendors.
• Supervise the works of vendors and contractors and ensure that the works meet the contractual requirements and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist the ED/Operations Manager to execute the facility’s plans for workplace safety and fire safety.

• Ensure preventive maintenance and ad-hoc repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain repair work documentation and maintenance schedules.
• Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering or equivalent
• Working experience in healthcare settings prefered
