We’re searching for a Mechanical Manager to be part of our Facilities Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for HVAC systems, Clean Room, Building services and maintenance.

What you will be working on:
  • To be responsible for the management and operation of the facilities mechanical systems.
  • Take lead on the expansion & optimization projects. Manage your team members & contractors to ensure safe & robust system operation.
  • To manage the energy reduction projects for facilities mechanical systems.
  • To manage Cost Center budgets for Capex projects, expenses and headcounts including planning reviewing, tracking & reporting. Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets within control limits.
  • To manage facilities systems expansion & optimization projects:
  • Perform role of Project Manager to plan, lead, executing, monitoring, controlling and manage projects.
  • Lead and guide the mechanical team to execute the projects to meet project requirements and objectives.
  • Regular reporting to management.
  • To manage facilities system operation:
  • Together with system owner keeping track of system operation to ensure system running smoothly with good PM management.
  • Perform problem solving, incident reporting, contracts renewal, parts tracking & ordering, bills & invoice verification and energy consumption reporting.
  • To manage the team members performance review and appraisal
  • To mentor & coach the team to meet their annual goals and KPI.
  • Provide training and guidance to team member to improve their performance.
  • To be the consultant and facilitator to solve complex problems
  • Execute analytical approaches to provide expert opinions.
  • Promote collaborative team work among team members.
  • To manage compliance and maintain performance standards
  • Work as role model to ensure self and team to obey all compliances.
  • Setup & maintain good project plan, operation procedures and quality standards.
More about you:
  • Master / Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or equivalent.
  • Min. 10 years in similar capacity and working experience in semiconductor manufacturing plants in facilities management.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under high pressure and fast work environment.
  • Certified Energy Manager (preferably)
