Job summary

A logistics recruitment firm based in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in facilities and building management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Facilities Management and be capable of troubleshooting various systems including air-conditioning and generators. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Facilities & Building Management experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting RH Temperature, Solar Panel, Power Generator.
• Comfortable with working at height.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Track maintenance schedule and liaise with vendors.
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional and compliant with regulations.
