Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • CMFE certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees.
  • Schedule and manage daily activities of the team.
  • Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
