What You’ll Do

Facilities Management

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including licenses and certifications
  • Oversee fire safety measures and maintain valid certifications
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, cleaning and security services
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities (e.g., electrical shutdowns, fire drills, water tank cleaning)
  • Keep facilities and equipment running smoothly at all times

Sustainability

  • Support your manager in driving green initiatives and sustainability programs

Projects

  • Manage tender processes for renovations and repairs
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Track and manage budgets effectively

Administrative Support

  • Take ownership of all facility-related contracts/agreements
  • Manage facility bills and utilities
  • Prepare purchase orders and verify invoices for accuracy
  • Ensure timely submission of all invoices to Finance
What We’re Looking For
  • A hands-on problem solver who enjoys interacting with people
  • Someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful and ready to take ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling emergencies when they arise
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Well versed knowledge in Building Electrical, Plumbing services and ACMV systems
  • Candidate with valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification would be advantageous
  • Valid Class 3 driving license preferred (not essential)
  • Willingness to respond to building-related emergencies outside work hours
