Location: West, Singapore
Job Type: Full-time.
Industry: Facilities Management (Real Estate & Property).

Salary: up to $4,500 per month

Work Schedule: 5-days, Monday-Friday, 9a.m – 6p.m.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities
  1. Act as the main contact point for all facility-related matters.
  2. Coordinate and liaise with contractors, tenants, and inter-departments to resolve site issues effectively.
  3. Respond to urgent site situations and be on standby after office hours.
  4. Perform hands‑on tasks (e.g. replacing lighting tubes, ballasts, minor repairs).
  5. Oversee and manage M&E systems, especially ACMV (Air‑Con & Mechanical Ventilation) and BAS (Building Automation System).
  6. Handle administrative duties such as logging maintenance activities and preparing reports.
  7. Support Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Variation Orders (VO) processes.
Requirements
  1. Relevant experience in facilities management (M&E/ACMV/BAS).
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to work well with diverse stakeholders (contractors, tenants, colleagues).
  3. Calm and professional when handling stressful or urgent situations independently.
  4. Technically inclined and independent in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues.
  5. Must be comfortable with walking within warehouse buildings.
  6. Responsible, committed, and solution‑oriented.
  7. Must be comfortable with after‑hours standby duty.
