As an Facilities Engineer (LTA Project) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) to support 24/7 operations.
• Lead and supervise facilities teams, technicians, and contractors in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance, inspections, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage A&A works, energy efficiency initiatives, and vendor performance to meet safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, incident investigations, SOPs, MOS, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and vendors for permits, statutory submissions, and inspections.
• Ensure WSH compliance and provide technical advice on system upgrades, asset lifecycle, and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E facilities management with hands‑on exposure to A&A projects, energy management, and sustainability programs.
