We are a young & dynamic team looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals like us! In this role, you will represent Baker's Brew, Singapore Leading Cake Specialist as the friendly face behind our artisanal cakes, delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Specifically, this role will require you to:

• Take care of our outlet/branch operations & take care of our customers
• Welcome and engage with a diverse range of customers
• Efficiently manage orders, serve customers
• Provide excellent F&B service to guests.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering.
• Provide insights and formulate sales strategies for the outlet assigned.
• Any other adhoc tasks directed by the Management.
