About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and insightful Power BI Lead to join their manufacturing intelligence team. In this role, you will transform operational data into compelling visual narratives that drive smarter decision-making across the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders from supply chain and production to finance to uncover insights and craft intuitive dashboards that bridge the gap between data and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end Power BI solutions across manufacturing functions
• Understand operational challenges and translate them into actionable dashboards
• Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain data models that scale across production, procurement, and logistics
• Present findings to senior management through compelling data storytelling
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for BI development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a data-first culture

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong command of SQL and data integration techniques
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and convey insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations-intensive environment preferred
• Familiarity with MRP, ERP, and inventory systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and visual storytelling

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred
