We are seeking an experienced Export Compliance & Freight Services Manager to lead our global trade compliance and freight operations. This role ensures adherence to international trade regulations and internal export control requirements, while driving efficiency in import/export processes and freight management.

Be Part of Our Success

Compliance Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor import/export policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with the Singapore Customs Act, U.S. Export Control Regulations, EU Dual-Use Regulations, and internal export control requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international trade laws, customs regulations, trade restrictions, and export controls.

Regulatory Support & Oversight

• Provide guidance on regulatory changes, license conditions, and compliance matters for export activities and international exhibitions.
• Prepare accurate, regulation‑compliant documentation and maintain comprehensive records for audits and inspections.

Training & Awareness

• Plan, organize, and deliver export compliance training seminars and initiatives to strengthen organizational compliance culture.

Freight Service Management

• Coordinate and manage freight forwarding activities for import and export shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transportation and clearance processes.
• Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates, and optimise shipping methods to achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all freight activities comply with applicable trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and track shipments to ensure visibility and accountability.

Qualities We Value
