The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start‑ups and companies developing AI products to perform use‑inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.
AI Singapore is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive/Senior Executive (Programmes & Partnerships) to drive partnership development within the AI Talent Development team. This role plays a pivotal role in scaling the reach and impact of our AI for Good initiatives by cultivating strategic collaborations and activating ecosystem partners across education, industry, and workforce sectors. The ideal candidate is skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and mobilise partners towards shared outcomes. The role requires both leveraging existing networks and building new relationships across Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), training providers, and workforce‑related organisations to support the deployment of AI literacy programmes for working professionals and pre‑employment training (PET) students.
Beyond partnership development, the role involves coordinating programme delivery with trainers and implementation partners, driving outreach to achieve learner participation and completion outcomes, and supporting data‑driven reporting aligned with grant and organisational requirements. He/She must be comfortable working with participation targets and tracking learner outcomes to ensure programmes are delivered with measurable impact.
