A leading wine retail company in Singapore is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for a 6-month contract focused on Marketing and CRM. Responsibilities include managing loyalty programs, executing marketing campaigns on various platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or Business, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency in data analysis. Wine Connection owns and operates the largest chain of wine retail shops and full-service wine-themed restaurants in Thailand and Singapore. We are the exclusive importer of 300+ labels of wines from around the world, craft beers, glassware and related accessories, as well as selected delicatessen products.
Since our inception in 1998, Wine Connection has steadily grown the number of wine retail shops and diversified into the full-service restaurant business by introducing the integrated retail wine shop – restaurant concept, becoming the leader in Asia with over 100 outlets to date, and counting.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
Manage and maintain the loyalty program, ensuring accurate collection, organization, and analysis of customer data.
Segment the customer base to enable targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
Support the development and execution of CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Provide positive customer service to loyalty program members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the brand.
Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
Develop and execute digital ad campaigns across Meta and Google to drive engagement and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.
Prepare monthly reports per business unit with key performance metrics, customer insights (not limited to demographics, purchase behaviour), and recommendations for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and make informed decisions to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or CRM related field, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
Strong project management skills & the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment independently.
Possess good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferably to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Meta and Google platforms, and basic user experience with Canva.
