Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Reporting to the manager-in-charge, the ODPRT Research Administrator will administer assigned programmes funded by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), National Medical Research Council (NMRC) and by local and foreign industry and provide pre- and post- award research grant administration support to researchers from all NUS Faculties and Research Centers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Disseminate and coordinate all activities relating to grant calls for assigned programmes, including proposal compliance and completeness verification checks
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal reviews and evaluation, where necessary
  • Liaise with sponsors and handle award notifications and project account creation
  • Advise on and process request for project changes
  • Monitor and facilitate submission of project/programme progress reports
  • Maintain programme-level statistics and prepare related stakeholder reports, where necessary
  • Work with relevant units to facilitate Fund Requisition process
  • Ensure continuous project compliances to grant terms & conditions
  • Other ad hoc duties, as assigned
Qualifications
