The Objective

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Sales Operations based in Singapore to drive sales initiatives by delivering comprehensive support across sales processes. This includes optimizing workflows supporting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) through sourcing, budget development and managing schedules to secure new business opportunities as well as vendor management.

The Work
Sales Operations

The Sales Operations (Sales Ops) role is a pivotal and strategic position within the organization designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. As a Sales Ops professional you will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing critical sales data and providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, sourcing and managing vendors and meticulous budget planning to support ongoing pitches and projects. Additionally you will oversee the creation and organization of presentation decks ensuring they are polished and impactful for client engagements. By streamlining operations and equipping the sales team with the necessary tools, knowledge and support you will play a crucial role in the company’s overall success.

1) Sales Intelligent Hub (20%)

Maintaining and optimizing CRM and Accelo systems and sales tools to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy for reporting.

  • Optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate and analyze sales data monthly and quarterly to evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and campaigns.
2) Support Management (50%)

Support for various ongoing projects or event onsite execution.

  • RFP & Pitch Support: Support all stages of pitching & ensure alignment with the creative vision.
  • Scope out project requirements and establish milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the respective teams on vendor sourcing and proposal conceptualization.
  • Collaborate to develop and manage budgets and schedules to maintain efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Act as a liaison among internal teams such as Solutions, Experiential and Marketing to ensure seamless communication.
3) Partner Relations & Vendor Management (30%)

Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners to foster collaboration and retrieve the most up-to-date information.

  • Working with assigned procurement team to identify source and validate appropriate vendors including Destination Management Companies (DMCs), editors, animators and other post‑production creatives.
  • Leveraging partner selection and networks to expand driving quality output and cost efficiency.
  • Introduce, share or incorporate the latest market trends based on vendors updates or industry insights.
The Hive

The Executive Sales Operations is an integral part of the Client Success Department reporting directly to the Head of Sales Ops. You will collaborate closely with the Solutions team, Experiential team and other internal stakeholders to support RFPs (pitches) and oversee the execution of awarded projects. Additionally you will work with external vendors, hotel partners and industry professionals to ensure seamless project delivery and optimise project profitability.

The Good to Have
  • Proven experience in sales operations or project management roles within an agency or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with production processes including fabrication, print production, AV setups and on‑site event management.
  • Knowledge of emerging event technologies such as projection mapping, AR/VR integrations or interactive installations.
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and managing external vendors (e.g., post‑production teams).
  • Confident in managing and communicating with senior team members.
  • Possess a great customer mindset and a proactive disposition.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
