A community health organization in Singapore is seeking an Executive for their Community Care team to support program planning, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a social service field and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include co-leading programme management, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing reports. We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive to join our Community Care team. In this role, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of patient-centred programmes, ensuring that initiatives are well-designed, effectively implemented, and impactful for the kidney care community. You will also contribute to monitoring programme outcomes, preparing proposals and reports, and fostering collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities are as follows:
1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the community care sector
Certification or experience in project management is an advantage.
