Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading continuing education and training (CET) academy that advocates the pursuit of lifelong learning and skills mastery. We offer a wide range of training programmes for adult learners to enhance their employability, and partner the industry closely in workforce development.

Reporting to the Snr Manager (Short Course), the appointee’s main role is to support the administration for training programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer courses and examinations, including scheduling, publishing course information, managing enrolment, handling enquiries, and sending course confirmation emails.
  • Perform examination duties such as invigilation and coordination.
  • Process and verify examination results accurately.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems enhancements and updates.
  • Provide logistical and operational support, including classroom set‑up, trainer assistance, and refreshment coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1‑2 years working experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Successful candidate will take up the role with a temporary 11.5‑month contract position.
