About the Role

World Vision Singapore is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and deepen engagement with donors and supporters. You will create compelling content, manage social platforms, and support campaigns that bring hope to vulnerable children and communities.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring key messages, deliverables, and timelines align with organisational campaigns and priorities.
  • Monitor online conversations and engage with audiences to build meaningful relationships and encourage user generated content from supporters.
Content Creation
  • Produce and edit videos, photos, reels, stories, and graphics showcasing impact and humanitarian stories.
  • Write compelling captions and stories that communicate hope, dignity, and transformation.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Campaign & Event Support
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual and onsite events, including livestreams and donor gatherings.
  • Capture event footage and create live updates for social platforms.
Digital Analytics
  • Track performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Recommend strategies to improve content effectiveness and donor engagement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and digital marketing and creative tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passionate about humanitarian causes and committed to the mission of the organisation.
