Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in‑house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Respond to fault request within stipulated timing
  • Attend day to day work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist
  • Respond to work order within the stipulated timing
  • Supervision of contractors during servicing
  • Handle minor rectifications that can be rectified internally
  • Troubleshoot power switches and light sets
  • Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
  • Need to perform shift works (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Perform daily routine inspection on critical facilities (generator, air con, etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc FM related duties
Requirements
  • Min ITE Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Facilities Management.
  • Experience in IFM related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Possess good technical knowledge.
  • Hands‑on experience in mechanical (ACMV) and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
  • Process class 3 license.
  • Able to commit flexible working hours, including weekends, shift work, and extended hours whenever necessary.
  • A team player who is able to display honesty with a keen learning attitude, quick adaptability to assimilate to the work environment.
  • The work consists of manual work which requires physical abilities to perform.
  • Pro‑active and independent, able to perform with minimal supervision.
