Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage shipping documents, monitor shipments, and liaise with stakeholders. The candidate should have a diploma and at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, along with strong knowledge in handling shipment documentation. Responsibilities

• Handle processing of shipping documents and closely monitor shipment movement and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage and coordinate damaged shipment claims.
• Collaborate with Finance on supplier invoice matters.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling activities.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new processes or portals related to shipments.
• Comply with cross-border shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade compliance standards.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.

Requirement

• Diploma and above
• With minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge in handling shipment, shipping documentations
• Knowledge in SAP system
