Job Overview:
The Executive is responsible for supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and related administrative activities. This role includes identifying and securing funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, organizing fundraising events, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Resource Development
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives to meet annual fundraising targets.
- Identify, research, and engage potential donors, corporate sponsors, and funding agencies.
- Support grant applications and proposals, ensuring compliance with funders’ requirements.
- Organize and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and donor appreciation activities.
- Keep updated with emerging fundraising trends and propose innovative approaches, including the use of technology for donor outreach.
- Work closely with the Fundraising Sub-Committee, including coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance, providing regular reports to management.
Donor Management
- Maintain and update the donor management database to track donor contributions, interactions, and engagement history.
- Manage online donation platforms, including Giving.sg and other relevant channels.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, acknowledgments, and engagement with donors to enhance donor retention and long‑term partnerships.
- Prepare and present fundraising status reports, donor impact reports, and financial summaries.
- Develop strategies to grow and sustain donor relationships, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships.
Digital & Social Media Engagement
- Oversee the organization’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent and strategic engagement.
- Develop content for digital fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights to enhance outreach and fundraising efforts.
- Explore digital fundraising strategies, including peer‑to‑peer fundraising, crowdfunding, and social media campaigns.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, governance requirements, and ethical fundraising practices.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance and Admin teams to ensure accurate recording of donations and budget tracking.
- Support the development of policies and procedures related to fundraising and donor management.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
Key Competencies

- Knowledge of fundraising principles, donor engagement strategies, and social service sector practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and online fundraising platforms.

- Organizational and analytical skills to track fundraising performance and donor contributions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Social Work, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or marketing, preferably in the non‑profit sector.
- Familiar with donor management systems, CRM tools, and fundraising platforms (e.g., Giving.sg).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about community impact and donor engagement.
