Job description
What You'll Do:
  1. Supervise a team of service technicians to attend to distribution network incident

  2. Manage and facilitate with site officers to resolve network incident

  3. Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaint.

  4. Prepare incident reports to management and regulator on voltage dips / supply interruptions

  5. Prepare monthly and weekly reports for submission to management

  6. Carry out vehicle maintenance and servicing of company vehicles

  7. Initiate purchase requestion for tools and other equipment

  8. Assist Head of Section in maintenance of office facilities

  9. Plan and arrange training for Electricity Service Centre (ESC) staff

  10. Perform standby duty after office hours

  11. Liaise with authorities and government agencies on network incident matters

  12. Plan operation policy & strategies

  13. Assist in budget preparation for the section

  14. Perform any other duties related to the job scope

What You'll Need:
  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline from recognised university by PEB, Singapore.

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.

  3. Able to handle customers’ request

  4. Good oral and written communication skills.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous

  6. Highly motivated and pro‑active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
