We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in upholding the quality and integrity of our certification department and supporting the department’s continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process applications for product certification to ensure compliance to safety, performance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with respective departments in reviewing enquiries to ensure timely activation and delivery of certification.
  • Make informed decisions on granting the relevant certification based on the review of product test reports, workflows, and processes.
  • Track and update changes in standards and ensure timely implementation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department’s quality system
  • Liaise with Accreditation Bodies (ABs) to coordinate and confirm assessment schedules
  • Plan and organize internal and external assessment activities
  • Ensure all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support assessment readiness and follow-up actions
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality management or certification-related roles
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17024, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 17020
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
