Key Responsibilities
- Drive executive, employee, and change management communications across global teams.
- Partner with senior leaders to craft messages, presentations, and narratives that are concise, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage communications strategies for complex projects, including field workforce and industry-specific audiences such as power, energy, and data centers.
- Facilitate cross-cultural and cross-time-zone communications with strong awareness of global nuances.
- Lead the planning and execution of communications campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
- Provide counsel to stakeholders, harmonizing perspectives and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Prepare executives for key presentations and engagements, ensuring clarity and strong presence.
- Maintain confidentiality, sound judgment, and business ethics at all times.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Communications or related field.
- 7+ years of communications experience in global technology companies.
- Proven success in managing executive, internal, and external communications and change programs.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with experience in simplifying complex concepts.
- Strong track record working with global teams and adapting communications across cultures.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Independent thinker with strategic judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
- Executive presence, strong facilitation skills, and comfort presenting to senior leaders.
- Agile, adaptable, and receptive to feedback with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the power/energy or data center industry is an advantage.
