A prominent local restaurant in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations with a focus on Indian-Kerala cuisine. The successful candidate will prepare menus, ensure food quality and hygiene, manage inventory, and lead kitchen staff. Ideal for those passionate about culinary trends and menu innovation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation (Indian-Kerala section).
- Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
- Ensure food presentation meets NEA standards.
- Assist in inventories and stock ordering management.
- Oversee kitchen staff on food quality and new menu.
- Introduce new menu every six months.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff on special dietary needs.
