Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including reception, correspondence, and visitor coordination.
- Oversee vendor and procurement matters such as office supplies, service contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Support HR-related tasks including onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain smooth IT and system operations by liaising with vendors.
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule, and communications with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate domestic and overseas travel arrangements including visas, hotels, and itineraries.
- Handle personal errands and household-related coordination when required.
- Assist with confidential correspondence and follow-up actions.
- Accompany the Director for meetings or trips when necessary.
- Oversee office property management, lease agreements, and vendor coordination for maintenance and security.
- Track company assets and prepare related reports for management review.
- Support office renovation or expansion projects, ensuring cost control and timely completion.
- Monitor administrative budgets and ensure compliance with safety and facility standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience in administration or executive support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with fast-paced, multi-faceted responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
