Job summary

A financial services consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chairman. Responsibilities
  • Primary strategic partner to the Chairman, managing their schedule and all administrative & logistical functions
  • Act as key representative and gatekeeper for Chairman's office, managing relationships with board members, investors, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for high-stake meetings and coordinate all aspects of board meetings, executive offsites, and other corporate functions with flawless execution
  • Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless operations, and provide holistic support across professional and personal domains, enabling the Chairman to maintain focus on strategic priorities
  • Independently manage special projects and confidential agreements with absolute discretion and integrity
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Management, HR Administration or Executive Secretary roles
  • Proficient in Mandarin to speak with stakeholders and business partners
  • Singaporeans only
