Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support in a dynamic environment. The candidate will need to manage communications, organize meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare necessary documentation. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in the construction industry. A proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Handle daily activities including emails and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for the CEO.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights and hotel bookings.
  • Attend to the CEO’s personal work.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries via email.
