Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role requires providing full secretarial support, managing daily activities, preparing documents, and handling travel arrangements. Candidates should possess at least a diploma or degree, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. This position offers a salary between $4,500 and $5,800 and may involve frequent travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to CEO.

  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
  • Attend to CEO's personal work.
  • Any other duties as required by CEO.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries.
