Job description
What You\'ll Do:

Reports to Head of Training Operations Section in Training Institute. Key role is to manage training administration and supporting course delivery with following responsibilities:

1. Customer & Course Administration
  • Handle course enquiries, registrations, and certificate matters.
  • Shortlist eligible trainees and assist with letter of acceptance forms.
  • Create course runs and monitor class enrolment and status.
  • Guide trainees through the enrolment process in the Training Management System (TMS).
  • Follow up on course fee payments.
  • Manage attendance records, assessments, and evaluation forms.
2. Funding Administration (SkillsFuture Singapore)
  • Advise trainees on funding eligibility and grant amounts.
  • Support trainees with SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) applications.
  • Track and monitor attendance, assessment results, and funding claims.
3. Daily Course Support
  • Prepare logistics for class delivery.
  • Administer classes and examinations.
  • Assist trainers with setup as needed.
4. Class Support (Optional, Based on Schedule)
  • Support Saturday classes (average once a month).
  • Support weekday evening classes on a rotational basis.
5. Other Duties
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Section.
What You\'ll Need:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Possess at least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Possess good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and good team player who can work with all levels of people in the organization
  • Knowledge of training operations work would be an advantage
