ROLE SUMMARY

Provides executive support to management while coordinating marketing, exhibitions, and company communications. This role acts as a central coordination point across internal team and external parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive support
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and coordination across internal teams
  • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up action items
  • Coordinate principal visits, customer meetings, and internal alignment
  • Any adhoc tasks assigned by management
Marketing & events
  • Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and company events
  • Maintain company website, LinkedIn page, and marketing materials
  • Track project references and prepare presentation decks
  • Liaise with designers, vendors, and contractors when required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year experience in EA, marketing, or events coordination roles
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Meticulous, structured, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and basic digital tools
  • Experience in events management is a strong advantage
