Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, travel, and appointments.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Assist in managing projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team.

Maintain accurate records and files; handle confidential documents with discretion.

Support the planning and execution of events, meetings.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively bring together appropriate resources to support the executive’s activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to thrive under pressure and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience in Finance Industry

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
