Job summary

A leading investment firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage all aspects of AP functions. You will review and ensure compliance with invoices, liaise with auditors, and assist in projects involving vendor assessments and system testing. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accountancy, 2+ years of experience in AP, and proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SFRS and experience with SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on working experience, preferably in AP.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge in SFRS.

Overview

The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) function in the Finance department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable (AP) functions for a portfolio of properties.
• Review invoices, journal vouchers, schedules, batch payments, staff claims and ensure adherence to the company's policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits, tax and GST filings.
• Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit reviews for selection of vendors and testing of SAP system, as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on working experience, preferably in AP.
• Proficient in MS Excel and good knowledge in SFRS.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.
