Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.

About The Job

To support Account Receivable Manager, FBP, in managing the account receivable functions through analysis, advise, collaboration (with both internal and external parties), policy formulation and review, performance management, information gathering, compliance and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Receivable Manager, FBP, to establish and manage and/or perform the Accounts Receivable functions.
• Implements and maintains systems and accounts receivable functions to ensure adherence to SUSS’s policies and procedures.
• Maintains AR functions including maintenance of students’ records to ensure accurate and timely update to support the study life cycle of students.
• Manages and monitors student / debtors master accounts.
• Ensures timely generation of student / debtors invoices and payment transactions.
• Prepares and submits government claims and budgeting projections.
• Manages, supervises and guides AR staff.
• Provides support in monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
• Advises on and responds to financial questions/concerns pertaining to AR function.
• Prepares and coordinates audit schedules relating to AR functions and assists auditors in their inquiries.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimally a degree in relevant discipline, with 3 years of relevant working experience. Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable will be preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA (preferable)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent team player
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• High level of self-management and ability to work under tight timelines.
