About the Singapore Red Cross Academy

We are the region's go‑to institute for humanitarian studies, offering a comprehensive suite of courses in First Aid & Resuscitation, Psychosocial Support, and other humanitarian and caregiving programmes. Job Purpose

To lead and ensure smooth venue operations by overseeing scheduling, logistics, and team coordination, while optimising resource utilisation and ensuring compliance. The role enables seamless course delivery and contributes to a positive learner experience and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
1. Supervision & Operational Oversight
  • Supervise and coach venue coordinators to uphold quality and consistency in daily operations.
  • Coordinate/Provide coverage for venue coordinators during absences, including weekend shifts as scheduled.
  • Plan and manage weekly rostering across venue team members.
2. Scheduling & Venue Readiness
  • Work with the internal stakeholders to plan and publish class schedules via EDCORE and other sources.
  • Ensure optimal usage and readiness of venues in support of public and corporate class delivery.
3. Compliance & Reporting
  • Supervise the consolidation of learning data, including compilation and submission of assessment results and key statistics to relevant authorities and for audit purposes.
  • Provide quarterly data on the actual number of classes and attendance for reporting purposes related to marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and scheduling forecasts.
4. Finance & Lease Administration
  • Ensure accurate invoicing from venue providers by verifying against contracts and actual usage.
  • Liaise with Finance to clarify discrepancies and facilitate timely processing of payments.
  • Support periodic reconciliation of venue-related expenditures and usage reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation of venue agreements, renewals, and related correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers and coordinate with Finance for processing of venue and service billings.
5. Venue Admin & Logistics
  • Lead overall venue administration and logistics for public courses.
  • Coordinate closely with the ADM team to ensure accurate billing, resource allocation, and support logistics for public course activities.
  • Provide oversight and accountability for centralised inventory and logistics operations and maintenance.
6. Any Other Duties
  • Liaise and coordinate with professional skill development administrators to manage and track professional skill development points including FSM/SDU points with SCDF/SISO, CPE with SNB, etc.
  • Maintain compliance with PDPA requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 29993:2017, SRFAC and other accreditation requirements.
  • Support and advocate SRCA’s business development and marketing activities by upselling SCRA courses.
