Job description
Responsibilities

As a Logistics Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing daily delivery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods, preparing delivery documents in advance, and supporting smooth logistics flow in accordance with company procedures. This includes monitoring delivery schedules, using navigation systems to plan routes, and managing loading and unloading activities to ensure all parcels are safely handled and delivered on time.

Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily delivery tasks based on delivery itineraries.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and ensure compliance with delivery schedules and road regulations.
  • Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) at least one day in advance based on Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Deliver goods to customers on time, collect payments when required, and issue official receipts.
  • Oversee loading and unloading of items and ensure safe handling and timely delivery.
  • Provide quality customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
  • Arrange necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs when required.
  • Ensure vehicle readiness, including fuel level and operational condition before deployment.
  • Support logistics assignments and follow operational instructions given by the Supervisor.
  • Able to handle heavy goods (approximately 20kg-40kg).
  • Able to work on Sunday, Public Holiday and overtime.

Requirements
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must possess at least a higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
  • Must possess Singapore driving license.
  • Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
  • Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
  • Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
  • Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
