Job Description

We are looking for a driven and personable Event Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for interactive event activations such as experiential marketing installations, gamified kiosks, and custom event solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and develop new business opportunities through inbound enquiries, outbound outreach, and networking
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable event solutions and activations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks in collaboration with the project and creative teams
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations
  • Attend client meetings, site recce(s), and events when required
  • Keep CRM and sales pipeline updated
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related fields
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales (events / marketing / experiential preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking to clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience in events, exhibitions, or agency environments is a plus
