GO is looking for a sharp, hands-on Events Executive to support the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events. You’ll be on the ground, working with clients, vendors, and our internal team to bring events to life with zero drop in quality or detail.
This is not a training role. You must be ready to own timelines, handle logistics, and think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support end-to-end planning for Dinner & Dances, Family Days, Conferences, and Activations
- Prepare timelines, event rundowns, and production schedules
- Attend site visits and manage setup/tear-down with precision
Vendor & Client Liaison
- Source and coordinate with venues, caterers, AV, and décor partners
- Communicate directly with clients on logistics, timelines, and deliverables
On-site Execution
- Be on-ground for events: manage registration, show flows, emcees, performers, etc.
- Ensure all setups meet brand and production expectations
Internal Workflow & Documentation
- Maintain accurate event sheets, purchase requests, and post-mortem reports
- Update progress in Asana – if it’s not in the system, it doesn’t exist
Requirements
- 2+ years in events, production, or operations
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication
- Must be calm under pressure and fast on execution
- Comfortable with early call times, late nights, and weekend gigs when needed
- Experience using Asana or similar task systems is a plus
Why Join GO
- Work with a tight, execution-first team
- Manage visible, large-scale corporate events
- Clear growth path to Event Manager or Producer roles
