Job description

No experience necessary, full training provided.

5 day work week, 9am - 5.30pm (might have to work on Saturdays occasionally depending on events schedule)

Salary: $3800 - $4500

Looking for a dynamic and highly organized Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of internal and external events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external events including roadshows, career fairs, client appreciation events, team bonding sessions and family days.

  • Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

  • Book venues and arrange logistics (transport, equipment, catering, etc.)

  • Source for and liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, event staff and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events

  • Oversee guests lists and RSVP management, ensure attendance list is regularly updated and senior management is informed.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback and prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.
