Work Locations: Singapore Botanic Gardens | Gardens by the Bay (during show & setup period)
Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Event Ticketing & Marketplace Sales Assistants. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales, supporting event operations, and ensuring smooth coordination in the lead-up to a major event happening in July 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate group ticket sales through outreach, cold calls, and engagement with communities, corporates, and government organisations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of group tours.
  • Handle after-sales follow-up and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Work with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales information.
  • Coordinate with Finance on revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Support Marketplace booth sales operations.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including coordination with the appointed PR agency.
  • Support roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the July 2026 event.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
