Overview

Job Title: Event Tea-rista (Live Bubble Tea Station)

Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance (Event-Based)

Location: Various event venues around Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Tea-rista to join our event team. As a Tea-rista, you will operate a live bubble tea station at corporate events, weddings, and private parties. You’ll be the face of our brand, preparing delicious bubble teas on-site and delivering a memorable experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle the live bubble tea station before and after events.
• Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to our recipes and standards.
• Engage warmly with guests, take their orders, and recommend drink options if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the station throughout the event.
• Manage stock levels during the event (toppings, cups, straws, etc.).
• Assist with basic reporting after the event (e.g., number of cups served, feedback).
• Represent the brand positively with a professional and cheerful attitude.

Requirements

• Prior F&B or event experience is a bonus but not necessary — training provided!
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for several hours and handling basic food preparation.
• Must be available on weekends or weekdays depending on event schedules.

• Food hygiene certificate.
• Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in F&B service.
