A leading event management firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced event coordinator to support planning and execution of large-scale events. The role involves managing logistics for conferences, coordinating with various stakeholders, and overseeing virtual event experiences. Ideal candidates will have a degree and at least four years of event management experience. Strong project and ground operations skills are essential. This 11-month contract position offers a salary up to $3,450 per month.

Support in planning and coordinating event operations with internal programme owners and external venue partners.
Establish and implement efficient workflows to ensure smooth event preparation and execution.
Coordinate closely with appointed event organisers and venue partners on all logistics and operational matters.
Oversee on-site ground operations to ensure seamless delivery of event elements.
Manage the virtual event experience, including platform selection, setup, maintenance, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal programme, show operations, and UX/system teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date virtual event information.
Liaise with external event management companies and virtual system vendors.
Participate in project management meetings and support work-in-progress tracking.
Work closely with government stakeholders and industry partners.
Handle event-related administrative duties, documentation, and reporting.
Provide operational support for other division-wide programmes and initiatives as required.
Degree holder.
Preferably at least 4 years of experience in event management operations, particularly for large-scale conferences (up to 1,000+ attendees), within APAC or ministerial settings.
Strong project and ground operations management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and logistics concurrently.
Familiarity with virtual event platforms, streaming technologies, and digital engagement tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with public sector processes and stakeholder management is an advantage.
