If you love interactive entertainment, teamwork, and delivering unforgettable experiences, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

Game Management - Ensure our players have a thrilling and seamless experience before, during, and after their escape room challenge!

Shop Operations - Keep our escape rooms running smoothly, from resetting games to maintaining top-notch hygiene and shop standards.

Customer Service - Engage with customers, manage bookings, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Team Collaboration - Work with an enthusiastic crew to deliver amazing experiences, and step in when needed to support operations.

Cashiering & Admin - Handle daily sales tallies, shop logs, and ensure smooth financial transactions.

Social Media & Promotions - Help shape our online presence and think up creative marketing campaigns to attract new escape artists!

Who We\'re Looking For

Working Conditions

• Location: Central, Gr.iD Singapore (Dhoby Ghaut/Bencoolen)
• Hours: 42-hour retail roster (able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,800/month
• Working Days: 5 Days / week
