Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily on-site operations and activities.
  • Conduct worker and subcontractor briefings, and handle deployment.
  • Plan and monitor work progress to meet project schedules.
  • Coordinate resource planning within the department and workflow across departments, especially onboard vessels.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
  • Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of marine electrical systems and components both in the workshop and onboard vessels.
  • Conduct testing of electrical systems and circuit continuity using instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and process calibrators.
  • Participate in the repair and overhaul of electrical components onboard ships and in the workshop.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine / Aerospace, or related field.)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
