Job Scope:

Customer Service Coordinator (Logistics)

  • Provide customer service support through phone and email communication.
  • Prepare shipping documents and import/export paperwork in accordance with established SOPs, and process invoicing once shipments are completed.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all inbound and outbound activities.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations with the supervisor.
  • Work closely with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report any discrepancies.
  • Conduct general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Uphold a safe and secure working environment.
  • Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Procurement Assistant

  • Prepare purchase orders in line with the specifications outlined in the requestor’s form.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to monitor and ensure compliance with delivery schedules and estimated times of arrival (ETA).
  • Accurately input, update, and manage procurement data in both current systems and SAP.
  • Prepare and process procurement documents in full compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Support negotiations on purchasing terms, pricing, and agreements with vendors, working closely with the Procurement Manager to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
