Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Communications Coordinator to assist with content creation, manage social media platforms, and support event coordination. Candidates should have a degree in Public Relations or Communications, with experience in creative communication materials and project management considered a plus. This role is designed for 6 months with the possibility of conversion to permanent.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Public Relations and Communications or its equivalent.
  • Experience in ideating and producing creative communications materials.
  • Experience in project management and employee engagement is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content Creation and Editing: Assist in creating and editing content for internal newsletters, company announcements, and other communication channels. Ideate, develop and produce quality creative audio-visual assets used to enhance the quality of communication with an emotional connection, immersive and engaging experience
  • Social Media Management: Help manage our social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Stay informed about social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, including town halls, leadership sessions, team building activities and employee recognition programs. Assist with logistics, invitation and communication materials. Conduct surveys and interviews to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
  • Internal Communication: Contribute to internal communication campaigns, such as employee surveys, wellness programs, and change management initiatives. Ensure timely information shared on internal communication platforms
  • External Communication: Assist in drafting external communication materials. Compile relevant coverage reports for internal reporting. Generate daily media monitoring and reporting
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and presentation for all key internal communications materials. Liaise and coordinate closely with local business units and their activities by providing communication support where required
