🚀Are you passionate about HR technology and excited to sell solutions that transform how companies manage people? If you’re a full-cycle sales professional who knows how to hunt, pitch, close, and grow accounts — this role is for you.

✨ What You’ll Do
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand HR, payroll, attendance, and compliance challenges
  • Deliver product demos showcasing HRMS modules (leave, claims, time tracking, payroll, onboarding etc.)
  • Prepare customised proposals and solution recommendations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and implementation teams
  • Maintain relationships for upselling new modules/features
  • Update CRM with accurate pipeline forecasting and activities
🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experience in SaaS sales, ideally HRMS, payroll software, workforce management, or related HR tech

Excellent communication and demo presentation skills

Confident in handling the full sales cycle independently

Hunter mindset — proactive, driven, and able to bring in new business

Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable speaking to HR Managers, CFOs, Directors, and Business Owners
