Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success.
  • Strong experience managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated success navigating complex scenarios.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese, business-level proficiency in English.
